I ordered a Panasonic Foil & Cutter. Instead of sending a genuine Panasonic pack they sent a **** Chinese substitute. Even with Panasonic oil on the foil it irritates my skin and is virtually useless at shaving (I have to go over again to remove all the hairs). I’ve ditched it and bought a genuine Panasonic Foil & Cutter which, naturally, shaves properly.
