The keyboard is not working as it was not set up with standard settings. Other keys are working correctly except for J, K, L and the 3 keys above it and the ones below. L for instance, just course the cursor to move on the screen.
On a normal stand keyboard , this problem is usually caused by NumLock key being active. But this keyboard does have a reset button nor the numlock key. How do I return the product or what is the solution to this problem?
