What I received was not a 64 channel Bluetooth hearing aid , It was a poor quality amplifier. I am very disappointed as I have received other items previously with were of good quality.

Absolutely necessary
Very disappointing experience. The adapter does not work as advertised, and customer support has not been helpful in resolving the issue. Instead of providing a clear solution, they simply claimed I connected it incorrectly after a long delay.
What makes the experience even worse is how difficult they make the return process. As a customer, I expected better support and a straightforward return policy when a product does not work as intended.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
