2. It acts as hinge base for stem folding and unfolding, bears main stress of the whole scooter and holds stem steady during riding.
3. Made of high strength black nylon engineering plastic with good impact resistance for long term use.
4. This package only includes forehead main body, clamping block is not included and needs to be used separately or keep original one. It installs at front end of deck below stem folding joint.
