I ordered my items on 02 may. It was said on the website it would be delivered between 5 - 10 working days. Eventually I had to wait until 28 may, before it was delivered. I think 25 days for a delivery within Europe, is way to long. So this is why I can only give a very low rating, despite the fact the goods are fine.

I purchased this product on the 3rd of May and when I opened it I was very pleased, it was well packaged and it looked and felt really good quality, it was easy to set up even though the instructions were in Chinese, but when using the keyboard it was very slow and the volume , brightness and the other top buttons did not work .
I also had to forget their paired bluetooth and reconnect them every time i wanted to use the key board again , which is a a complete pain, which is a shame as it did look the part.
Give my back my money
Bought this maternity seat belt extension so that my cockopoodle dog. She can remain secured in her harness and can now put her head out the car window and look out as I drive. 👍👍

We ordered a Nokia G42 replacement screen for our Nokia G42 mobile phone. Unfortunately the screen came with the incorrect connector therefore would not fit our phone. These are very basic things to get right yet BuyToFix failed in this.
A leap of faith but it paid off, i can't speak for others but my own experience was very positive and i received what i ordered with good communication throughout the whole process.
It took a while to get here but for the overall saving it was well worth the wait.

I was able to purchase a motor to repair an otherwise fully functional vacuum cleaner head. This saved me the expense of purchasing a whole new head and reduced land fill. Win win.
