This unit arrived promptly and on time.
I set it up to take 1080I out from a STB and convert it into 720 for a B&O 7-35. Its operation was not satisfactory, so I checked the out put on a more modern CTV and it was satisfactory.
I am not going the other way around this and and taking 720 out of the STB for the CTV and then converting the signal to 1080 to run a Digital Encoder.
The only downside to this was I need to purchase a HDMI Splitter.
So, if you are prepared to do this workaround with older less tolerant CTV's the unit will work fine.
