Shipping Policy

We ship to over 40 countries, every order is tracked end-to-end, and we back every delivery with a 30-day returns policy and a 1-year warranty on defective items. Here's exactly how it all works.

Where Orders Ship From

Buy2fix runs a distributed fulfilment network across two regions: China and Hong Kong. Which warehouse your order comes from depends on the product and your location — the dispatch origin is listed on each product page.

Order Processing

We process and quality-check every order within 0–3 calendar days of payment. Once it's dispatched, you'll get a confirmation with your tracking reference straight away.

Shipping Costs & Fees

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and most of Europe.

Calculated Shipping: For all other destinations, costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. You can use the shipping calculator in your shopping cart to estimate fees before you head to checkout.

Additional Charges:

  • If an order exceeds carrier weight limits or is designated for a remote location, additional charges may apply. We will always notify you for approval before processing the order.
  • Orders with incorrect addresses may be canceled if there is a mismatch in the required shipping fees.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery duration depends on the dispatch origin:

  • China / Hong Kong: 5–15 business days on average. Exact times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

These are post-dispatch averages. Customs processing or carrier delays can occasionally add time — it's rare, but when it happens, our team will chase it down with you.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with full end-to-end tracking. You'll get updates via SMS, email, and WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of dispatch, and you can check live status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

UK Orders — Duties and Import Fees

  • Orders £135 or under: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). What you see at checkout is what you pay — no import VAT, no customs charges, and no courier handling fees. Buy2fix pays these charges directly.
  • Orders over £135: You will be the importer of record. Import VAT, Customs Duty, and courier handling fees are payable by the recipient upon delivery. These are HMRC-set charges and outside our control.

International Orders — Duties and Import Fees

For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid fees, we will refund the product cost only (minus outbound and return freight). We cannot issue refunds for shipments abandoned or destroyed by customs.

Delivery Address

Please check your address carefully. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the product cost minus outbound and return shipping charges.
