Usage method and matters needing attention
1.This box needs to be used with the clip-back saw.
2. When cutting wood, "ordinary" wood shall be fixed firmly in the box groove through the wood such as f-clamp or stoppered board;"Detachable money" can be directly clamped through the moving clamp block.
3. About 4mm self-tapping screws shall be used for the saw box, which shall be fixed on the wooden table or board surface to avoid sliding the box back and forth during sawing, thus affecting the accuracy.
4.In the process of sawing, due to the shaking of the hand, it will inevitably hurt the two side walls of the saw groove, and the depth direction will also saws to the bottom of the box. Please be careful to adopt the slow sawing action, so as to increase the life of the box, the cutting cannot be made with considerable force and urgency, otherwise the workpiece and the box will be damaged.
5.The cutting Angle is not as precise as that of milling machine or engraving, because the Angle groove a gap of sawing cabinet and manual back-and-forth sawing will cause corresponding error. If the Angle change is strict, please choose other tools.
