Loss Claim the full value of your purchase if your domestic package isn't delivered within 30 days of fulfillment (60 days for international packages).

Arrival delay Claim $5 if your domestic package isn't delivered within 10 days (30 days for international packages).

Damage Claim up to the full value of your purchase if your package is damaged in transit.

Theft (Porch piracy) Claim the full value of your purchase if your package is stolen within 7 days of the carrier's “delivered” update.
